Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Technical Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with AWS products and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide innovative customer service to address billing, account access, and authentication inquiries.
- Work with other customer support teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.
- Identify root-causes of customer issues, areas for improvement, and provide valuable feedback to business and development teams.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Contact Center or Customer Support in a fast-paced support environment.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services products and features or Cloud Computing technologies.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical related field.
