We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist - Customer Success to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer technical issues and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • You will review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues using troubleshooting tools and practices, collaborating within and across teams.
  • You will participate in communities with peer delivery roles and develop specific technical and professional proficiency through training and readiness.
  • You will identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience, OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field AND 1+ year(s) of technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
  • Experience with network tracing and analysis, storage networking, clustering, and fluency in English.
  • Additional preferred qualifications include experience with network virtualization, Azure portal user experience, remote desktop services configuration and management, resilient storage technology, server management tools, Hyper-V management and VM deployment, application installation and management, Windows backup and VSS, PowerShell scripting, public key infrastructure deployment and management, group policy management, troubleshooting hangs and crashes in Windows, and performance issue troubleshooting using PerfMon and other tools.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 per annum
