Overview:
We're seeking a customer-oriented Technical Support Specialist to work on behalf of our client, resolving complex customer cases. You'll collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance across teams by identifying areas requiring expertise on different modules of a solution to resolve cases.
Maintain documentation for all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions consistent with customer commitments and prescribed protocols.
Mentor junior support engineers as needed.
Requirements:
85% English level
9th grade or high school diploma
Understanding of databases and query language
Basic knowledge of virtualization (cloud)
Programming Language: C++/C#/JAVA/Python
Objects Oriented Paradigm Knowledge
