RMA Operations Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist for RMA Operations to join our team at Emerson Process Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review customer specifications, verifying model numbers and offering alternative solutions when required.
  2. Directly provide customers with evaluations of RMA based on RMA evaluation reports, with support from Technical Support staff when needed.
  3. Review Commercial terms and conditions to ensure compliance with prior agreements and Emerson Process Management established guidelines.
  4. Perform accurate and timely AWR order entry into the Oracle system to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Academic background in Business Administration or related field.
  2. English Proficiency (Written and Oral) level, minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate).
  3. Able to communicate effectively with customers and handle cases or requests.
  4. Customer Service or equivalent technical experience (0-1 year).

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Past work experience associated with the process industry.
  2. Customer Service or equivalent technical experience (>2 years).

Working Conditions:

3 Days Remote, 2 Days On-site Work Structure. Work hours may adjust according to US time zones.
