This is a full-time, seasonal position based in Costa Rica. The Vendor Chargeback Dispute Management team in Costa Rica is seeking a back-office Support Operations Specialist.

Job Overview

The Support Operations Specialist will be part of the Defect Prevention and Reconciliation (DP&R) team under NASCO (North America Supply Chain Operations), supporting programs across different regions.

Key responsibilities include analyzing and investigating vendor chargeback disputes, executing end-to-end processes, and ensuring accurate responses and processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Fluent English language skills
  • High School diploma required
Benefits

This non-remote position offers a hybrid-model schedule, with two days spent in the office and three days working from home. The production schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
