Customer Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join our Microsoft Enterprise Direct Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing critical deal lists, ensuring accurate and compliant order and invoice approval, and executing transactional services across the Enterprise customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deal and contract validation, ensuring accuracy in downstream financial processes.
- Oversee pipeline management, aligning with sales and sales excellence stakeholders.
- Execute billing execution, ensuring accurate and compliant order and invoice approval.
- Manage credit approval, orchestrating finance exception approvals on high-value credits.
- Track and communicate contract billing status to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, and operations, program management, or process management work experience.
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business-level fluency in French.
- Experience in a customer service environment in a large, matrixed multinational company.
- Experience with Microsoft licensing concepts and complex proposal evaluation.
