About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Operations team as a Customer Operations Support Specialist. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer experiences from post-booking to pre-travel.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and review customer documentation, including passenger information forms, terms and conditions, and final joining instructions.
  • Coordinate the distribution of Exodus merchandise to clients.
  • Perform post-booking audits and send final balance reminders.
  • Provide phone support, answering client questions and assisting with payments.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Specialists to send trip/hotel change letters during peak travel periods.

Requirements

  • Experience in a multi-channel customer-facing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a team environment.
  • Good travel experience or a passion for travel.
