**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Interaction Specialist to join our team at Cloudera. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Actively listen to customers and demonstrate empathy to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in queue management and coordination processes to ensure efficient case assignment and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Investigate process-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of cloud computing and virtual machine technologies.
