Multilingual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Support Specialist to join our team at Tek Experts, a leading tech services and support company. As a key member of our Sales Support & Customer Care (SSCC) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Microsoft customers seeking support.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for IT solutions and service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will be proficient in both written and spoken English, and being bilingual is preferred. The successful candidate will also have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support, with a demonstrated understanding of the customer service environment and solutions.
As a Multilingual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for accepting, prioritizing, analyzing, and closing all assigned client requests, exceeding quality and timeline expectations. You will communicate with clients via phone, email, and/or chat to collect information relevant to case advocacy, and ensure detailed update tracking for incidents, including all communication, by documenting all troubleshooting and resolution steps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accepting, prioritizing, analyzing, and closing all assigned client requests

- FOLLOWING TICKET MANAGEMENT BEST PRACTICES, INCLUDING PROMPT ASSIGNMENT, MANAGEMENT, AND UPDATING, TO MEET OR EXCEED REQUIRED SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS
- Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support, reliable information, and quick resolution of client requests, adhering to all internal and client policies and procedures
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
