About the Role

Amazon strives to be the most customer-centric company in the world, and we're looking for a talented Product Support Specialist to join our Benefits Operations Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing professional services to administer global benefit programs for Amazonians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to technical issues related to benefits administration, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with benefit program managers, product managers, and SDEs to address technical issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide support and training to MYHR support teams on identified workarounds, operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Document and track reported technical issues, including mitigation strategies and proactive data quality checks.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product support resources, such as knowledge-base articles, SOPs, and FAQs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a product support role.
  • Strong understanding of process and data management, upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.
  • Experience in US Benefit administration and working with HCM or other HR systems.
  • Understanding of system workflow, user access management, database, and query support.
