**Job Summary**


We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


**Responsibilities**



  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.
  • Assist customers with order placement, maintenance, and inquiries.
  • Support customers with basic shipping issues, including research and analysis.
  • Attend to customer concerns, including submitting RMA requests and updating the team.
  • Provide inside sales support for pricing and availability.
  • Assist customers with basic technical queries.

**Requirements**



  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • English level: B1.
  • Successful or above performance.
  • Demonstrated systems and process knowledge.
  • Very good customer support skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency and comprehension skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Accurate in delivering outputs.
