  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions to enhance skills and expertise.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish
