Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers, resolving issues efficiently and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Analyze customer problems and develop creative solutions using various tools and resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and attend training sessions to enhance skills and expertise.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Business-level fluency in English and Spanish
