Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Technical Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers via phone and webform submissions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively while providing a positive customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone and webform submissions
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical expertise in SaaS environments
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
