Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Excellence Specialist at Convera, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
