We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent Specialist to join our team at Courtyard San Jose Escazu in Costa Rica. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and no related work experience is required. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process operational needs and address guest requests
  • Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
