About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Td Synnex.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, creating follow-ups with customers to ensure exceptional experiences, and identifying issues that require escalation. They will also perform additional duties as assigned and maintain accurate notes in our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients (20%)
  • Create follow-up interactions to provide exceptional customer experiences (20%)
  • Evaluate and escalate critical issues to relevant personnel (15%)
  • Conduct additional tasks as assigned by management (15%)
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry (5%)
What We're Looking For

In this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic clerical and data entry abilities. You should also be able to execute instructions effectively and recognize important details with accuracy and efficiency.

Additionally, we require applicants to be proficient in English and Spanish, have strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively under pressure and deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information
  • Possesses strong data entry skills and ability to input 60 words per minute
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
