The Customer Service Liaison plays a pivotal role within Intel’s Sales and Marketing Group, serving as a communication conduit between external customers, sales, and operations teams. This position is responsible for maximizing revenue through supply commitments, ensuring seamless alignment between customer needs and Intel’s strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong decision-making and time management skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer supply chain requirements
- Analyze product demand and allocate supply accordingly
- Partner with business experts to solve customer requests
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of basic formulas
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency in SAP and/or Salesforce systems
- Communication skills in Portuguese
- Database knowledge/experience an added advantage
