Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Functional Team Player to join our team as a Customer Service Rep.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients in a timely manner.

  • Create follow-ups with customers to ensure the best possible experience.

  • Identify issues that require escalation and pass them on to the appropriate person.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Maintain accurate records in designated systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.

  • Basic clerical and data entry skills.

  • Strong data entry skills (60 words per minute).

  • Basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Proficient in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

  • Strong multi-cultural interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work effectively under stress and pressure.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Immobile for long extended periods.

  • Build solid working relationships with others.

  • Sensitive to the needs, concerns, and feelings of others.

  • Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
