Customer Support Liaison Specialist

The Customer Support Liaison Specialist role at Emerson is an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in customer-centric environments. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills to provide seamless support to customers.
Job Summary:
This specialist will work closely with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales support and customer service roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input orders from internal or external customers into Salesforce & SAP systems
- Perform customer setup activities to ensure accurate order processing and delivery of goods and services
- Support software fulfillment by ensuring customer receipt of software via licensing platforms
- Resolve customer disputes and financial transactions, such as credit and debit memos
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Planners, Manufacturing, and District Sales Managers, to address expedite issues
- Navigate multiple tools, systems, and internal processes to deliver timely and accurate results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under high demand environments
- Effective communication and collaboration with customers, teammates, and leaders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detailed-oriented and proactive approach to resolving issues
- Written and verbal English skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SAP & Salesforce
Our Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes private health insurance, life insurance, flexible work opportunities, and employee resource groups.
