Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team at Convera. As a key member of our customer-facing function, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients.

About the Role

  • Provide internal support to our sales/operations group and act as a liaison to clients.
  • Handle client transactions, pre/post-sales support, project/process management, daily banking, and other accounting/administrative functions.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is input into SFDC and updated regularly.
  • Monitor transactions, provide frequent reporting, and serve as a dedicated point of contact for agreed clients.
  • Act as a conduit between Sales, Client, and Operations, maintaining focus on personal and team goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries within agreed SLAs.
  2. Maintain and exceed targets, meet tight deadlines, and identify own development areas.
  3. Build relationships with internal/external clients, network, and communicate effectively.
  4. Analyze problems, implement solutions, and maintain professionalism.
  5. Comply with regulations, achieve 95% or above on QA for customer contacts, and build knowledge of payment platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience in a client-facing function within the financial services sector.
  • A passion for customer service, leadership skills, and ability to drive results.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of embedding customer passion in team culture.
  • Solid computer skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to use industry-specific software.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a market-competitive monthly gross salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus based on role level, generous insurance packages, paid holidays, time-off policies, and comprehensive benefits.
