TreviPay is a global B2B payments and invoicing network that provides choice and convenience to buyers, opening new markets and automating accounts receivables.
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Exemplify TreviPay's Mission and Values
- Meet or exceed department metrics, program Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and department Service Level Standards (SLSs)
- De-escalate challenging customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Act as a primary contact for clients, merchants and customers
- Provide feedback and assistance to improve processes and procedures
- Welcome change and adapt positively to internal and external changes
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a desire to be in Customer Success
- Organized and self-sufficient with moderate supervision needed
- Ability to skillfully manage challenging customer situations
- Coachable with ability to improve performance based on feedback
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
