Empowering Customer Success at Microsoft
We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Cloud Support Professional to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and services to our global customers.
**Role Overview:**
As a Cloud Support Professional, you will be the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues with Azure billing. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing customer issues through effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues related to Azure billing.
- Communicate effectively with customers: Provide timely and clear responses to customer inquiries, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with internal teams to gather information, escalate complex issues, and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field: Or equivalent work experience in technical support, consulting, or information technology.
- 1+ year of Azure billing support experience: Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to Azure billing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and resolve issues efficiently.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Azure Fundamentals certification: Knowledge of Azure products and services will be beneficial in this role.
- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization: Understanding of cloud-based technologies and platforms will enhance your ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
**Salary Range:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience). This is a full-time position based in the United States. We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth and development.
