In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, developing your problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills. You will also have the opportunity to hone your expertise in Azure billing and contribute to product improvements.

**Responsibilities:**

• Review, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams.

• Participate in communities with peer delivery roles and develop specific technical and professional proficiency.

• Identify potential product defects and provide feedback to senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.

• Embody our culture and values, including respect, integrity, and accountability.

We offer a competitive salary of $105,000 per year, along with opportunities for career growth and development. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or information technology experience. They will also possess excellent troubleshooting skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
