Project Manager for Customer Success

Role OverviewIn our rapidly growing Professional Services organization, Project Coordinators play a crucial role in driving customer success through effective project implementation. They lead cross-functional teams, foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and are passionate about delivering timely and budget-friendly results.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate project kickoffs and closures to ensure seamless transitions and customer satisfaction
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to deliver scope on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain technical project plans, leveraging industry-standard methodologies and Splunk products
- Provide regular status updates and manage technical project escalations efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with Splunk, partner, and customer stakeholders, identifying opportunities for Splunk products and services
- Stay up-to-date on Splunk products, industry standard methodologies, and project management skills
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or service delivery management
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering customer projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent work experience; experience working for a software vendor is a plus
- Familiarity with Professional Services tools
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
