Zenoti, a leading cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in retaining existing customers and enhancing brand loyalty within our subscription-based business model.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong value-based customer relationships, gathering intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers, developing customer-focused processes for ensuring customer success, implementing best practices to improve customer success, and ensuring smooth onboarding handoffs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success and a laser focus on providing customer value. They will have 4+ years of overall experience in dealing with customers, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand, articulate, interact with, and manage customer expectations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel to customer locations on short notice, when required, and build relationships at C-level with large, complex accounts.

To succeed in this position, you will need a 4-year degree in engineering or equivalent, a strong understanding of enterprise implementations, professional services, and support processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
