The Microsoft Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization is responsible for the strategy, design, and implementation of the Microsoft end-to-end customer experience. We're looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Cloud Customer Success Advisor.
This role will provide technical and SME coaching for Delivery Partner engineers, advocates, and other stakeholders. You'll partner with the Support Delivery Manager and CSS Training teams to address readiness gaps and ensure findings and remediations are shared across Delivery Partners and Lines of Business.
As a Cloud Customer Success Advisor, you'll own case management duties, including incoming inspections, escalations, tech reviews, triage, wellness, and reduced time to measures. You'll also provide readiness content, identify needs, and create content, contributing to readiness efforts where you're the Subject Matter Expert.
Additional responsibilities include managing collaboration activities, contributing to Supportability activities, such as case analysis and case pattern recognition, deflection initiatives, and other Supportability improvements working with stakeholders like Supportability Program Managers.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
