**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving satisfaction and loyalty among our most strategic customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the support relationship with our top-tier customers, ensuring that their technical needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic guidance on how to optimize their use of Zscaler's products and services.
- Develop and execute customized plans to address specific customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless execution of customer-facing initiatives.
**Requirements**
- 4-5 years of account management experience in the high-tech industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise networks, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with troubleshooting and customer management, with ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
