Regional Customer Success Specialist

As a Regional Customer Success Specialist at Syniverse, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and retention through strategic account management.
**About the Role**
This is a customer-facing position that involves developing strong relationships with existing clients to identify areas for improvement and increase revenue. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful deployment of new services and resolve any issues that may arise.
**Key Responsibilities**
Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive value from our products
Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their measures of success and identifying opportunities for improvement
Attend regular meetings with assigned clients, monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on each client's progress
Contribute to the success of the customer management team by learning Syniverse's mobile engagement platform and report metrics back to leadership and customers
Process special requests from initial customer request through customer billing, resolving or coordinating the resolution of customer issues during onboarding
Provide marketing knowledge use case development and assist with presentation decks, developing the customer relationship with constant communication via operational reviews
About Your Background
We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and sales, preferably with good written and oral Portuguese skills.
