Customer Success Operations Manager

**Job Role Overview**:
The Customer Success Supervisor is a key position at TD SYNNEX, responsible for overseeing and managing our Customer Success operations. This role plays a critical part in understanding and implementing customer success practices aligned with our vendors' strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and supervise the customer success team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Provide coaching and development for customer success agents and managers
- Drive achievement of mission goals and objectives
- Facilitate daily and weekly meetings with team members to discuss progress and challenges
- Ensure timely execution of operational activities, including staffing, expense reports, and vacation approvals
- Monitor and review activities tracked on the Client's CRM
- Provide feedback to the team and implement improvement plans as needed
- Respond effectively to client and team member inquiries
- Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to discuss team progress and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements
**Requirements**:
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and technology
