**Job Role Overview**:

The Customer Success Supervisor is a key position at TD SYNNEX, responsible for overseeing and managing our Customer Success operations. This role plays a critical part in understanding and implementing customer success practices aligned with our vendors' strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Oversee and supervise the customer success team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
  • Provide coaching and development for customer success agents and managers
  • Drive achievement of mission goals and objectives
  • Facilitate daily and weekly meetings with team members to discuss progress and challenges
  • Ensure timely execution of operational activities, including staffing, expense reports, and vacation approvals
  • Monitor and review activities tracked on the Client's CRM
  • Provide feedback to the team and implement improvement plans as needed
  • Respond effectively to client and team member inquiries
  • Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders to discuss team progress and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements

**Requirements**:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience directly managing or supervising employees
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new systems and technology
