About Uber
We're shaping the future of transportation at Uber, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This role is based in Greenlight areas where we support new and existing earners.
This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
As a key member of our operations team, you will provide top-notch customer service for new and existing earners, working closely with your Greenlight Manager to meet market needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently
- Identifying root causes and contributing to process improvements
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business goals
- Leading by example and empowering your team to execute on tight deadlines
You'll spend 50% of your time on operations and process delivery, including managing KPIs on customer satisfaction, business growth, and efficiency. You'll also dedicate 40% of your time to team and leadership, leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating employees.
A successful candidate will have previous experience as a customer service supervisor or operational leader, strong verbal and written communication skills, and adaptability to change. You should be curious, eager to learn, and structured, with excellent task management and reporting skills. Proficiency in Google Suite is essential, and advanced English language skills are required. Experience managing teams and data analytics are also valuable assets.
