Customer Experience Specialist

**About the Role**
As a Customer Experience Specialist at Nearlinx, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal employees, vendors, and partners to drive customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of customer orders and work directly with the customer, partner, salesperson, and vendors to ensure a smooth transition to provisioning.
- Be the expert customer advisor for our support tools, systems, and processes.
- Conduct customer onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assemble Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) documentation and schedule presentations to showcase customer success.
- Own the customer experience through QBRs and follow-ups to ensure toolset adoption and satisfaction.
- Identify services coming up for renewal and act as the primary point of contact for the customer to renew and/or upgrade services.
- Provide customer advocacy and problem-solving, recognizing common issues and owning resolution at scale.
**Requirements**
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and project-oriented with a self-motivated attitude.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
**What We Offer**
A competitive salary range of $600,000.00 - $610,000.00 per month and a full-time opportunity to grow with Nearlinx.
