About the Role - Customer Experience:
The Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl - B20 Team is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to help shape and execute a plan for onboarding new vendors at our 1P division in Amazon Mexico. This role will provide professional support to vendors in operational aspects of their business, conduct root cause analysis of issues, and identify opportunities to impact vendor progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant points of contact for approved brands to present the program to become a 1P vendor at Amazon.
  • Present vendors with conditions for commercial relationship operation, following Amazon Mexico guidelines.
  • Address inquiries and technical issues during onboarding, including brand registry, catalog creation, and invoicing management.
  • Add ASINs identified as HS to vendor catalogs to meet annual goal.
  • Inform vendors of Amazon Mexico's complementary programs and services for optimal operation, including S&S, B2R, AB, etc.

Requirements:
This role requires experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts, as well as experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon's operations and be able to communicate effectively with vendors.
