Technical Support Representative Role

We are seeking an exceptional Technical Support Representative to join our Technical Support Experts team. If you have a technical savvy mindset and want to be part of a company with a fantastic work culture, this opportunity is for you.

The Ideal Candidate

The best candidate will have the following skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-year experience in a call center setting
  • Technical Troubleshooting experience
  • B2+ English language proficiency
  • Ability to take on-site training for 3 weeks

The ideal candidate should be able to balance personal talents and skill sets while taking constructive feedback from superiors and making customers happy.

About the Job

As a Technical Support Representative, you will primarily be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, leaving customers feeling valued and not just another number. You will need to maintain a high level of schedule adherence, customer satisfaction, and service levels.

You will also be responsible for ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
