As a Frontline Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services

Requirements:
