This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Frontline Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial part in ensuring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, process adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to clients via various communication channels
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services

- A competitive estimated salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and location

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
