Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience and Support Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely technical expertise to address business-critical challenges and partnering with customers to advance global, cross-cloud solutions.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in system development, network operations, software support, IT, consulting or technical troubleshooting.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Is able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience and Support Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

Readiness Development
  • Supporting delivery partners and/or teams in developing readiness plans and content.
  • Developing training plans for supplier engineers based on skills gap analysis and product needs.
Case Management
  • Managing collaboration activities to resolve customer issues.
  • Engaging and collaborating with other Microsoft groups to gain resolution for critical, complex issues.
Supportability Activities
  • Contributing to customer self-help and volume deflection initiatives.
  • Identifying technical deficiencies in services or processes to improve quality.
Process Improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams for product and process feedback.
  • Analyzing trends and providing product and process improvement feedback.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
