Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team as an Employee Experience Administrator.
This role will provide quality customer service to World Vision staff, resolve HR issues, and support administrative duties for local office branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR areas such as employee recordkeeping, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Perform customer service functions for World Vision employees, resolving general issues and routing complex issues to specialists.
- Identify questions and concerns, and create policies, procedures, and help articles as needed.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of the helpdesk function.
- Compile statistical reports and perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or at least three years of experience in human resources or customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and basic knowledge of general HR.
- Time management skills, ability to prioritize requests, and troubleshoot employee issues.
- Fluency in English.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support for HR areas, including employee recordkeeping, onboarding, and benefits administration. You will also provide customer service functions, resolving general issues and routing complex issues to specialists.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
