Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented experienced administrative professional to support our team at Infotree Global Solutions.
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a key role in driving communication and site activities, taking a proactive approach to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, supporting communication activities, scheduling meetings, and team building activities.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support recognition programs by ordering prizes, organizing events, and supporting communications.
- Manage office supplies, including placing orders.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
- Collaborate with other team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- 1 year of experience.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
Compensation:
The estimated monthly salary for this role is $550,000 - $600,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
