About the Role
This executive support specialist will serve as the right-hand person to our Senior Vice President, Chief Equity & Inclusion Officer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting VP-level executives.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, planning meetings, maintaining complex calendars, and arranging travel. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist leadership in optimizing their time, making decisions on short-term priorities, and facilitating solutions to organizational issues.
The role also involves setting up new hires, assisting with expense reporting and travel systems, and processing leadership expenses and credit card reconciliation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience supporting VP-level executives
- Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects
- Demonstrated ability to grow and take on new responsibilities
- Professional demeanor and soft-skills
- Positive and personable can-do attitude
- Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Box, Concur, and Google Docs
- Experience handling confidential materials
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
