About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Crg Solutions. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to senior firm leadership, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars for internal and external meetings, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, including editing and formatting documents.
  • Coordinate and confirm meeting arrangements, prepare minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
  • Manage and submit expense reports and time reporting in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain contacts and relationships within the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for senior firm leadership and execute administrative support tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience supporting an executive or executive team in an administrative role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
  • High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, and independent thinker.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining confidentiality and building trust across the executive level.
