As an Administrative Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring data integrity in recruiting systems, and assist in various recruiting projects.
Your responsibilities may include scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as assigned by the team lead.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an administrative/operational role;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
Able to prioritize tasks, handle multiple interviews, and maintain minimal supervision;
Excellent oral and written communication skills with senior management; and
A high energy level, positive attitude, and ability to work independently.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
