About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kingstown Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing Management: Proactively manage purchasing procedures, including requirements analysis, purchase orders, and receipt of materials. Ensure optimal inventory levels and avoid excess stock.
  • Sales Coordination: Monitor sales to prevent losses that impact financial performance. Develop and implement efficient archiving and documentation systems.
  • Administrative Operations: Enforce administrative processes and policies for smooth functioning. Cultivate professional relationships with distributors, service providers, partners, and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree
  • Experience: 3 years in a related role
  • Languages: English (B2 level)
  • Skills: MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; excellent time management and prioritization skills; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities; strong organizational skills; discretion and confidentiality; analytical thinking
What We Offer

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
