Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support day-to-day department operations and contribute to the success of Mastercard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties, including phone coverage, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management, and maintaining department records.
  • Correspondence and Reports: Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations in specified software packages, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Budget Administration: Maintain departmental budget and administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the operating unit served.
  • Team Coordination: Monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporaries, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Security and Confidentiality: Adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed.
  • Mandatory Training: Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings and report any suspected information security violations or breaches.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - 85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
