We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide top-notch administrative support to our executives and management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, ensuring seamless communication and timely meetings.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, business documents, and confidential correspondence with precision and discretion.
  • Collect and distribute information internally and externally, representing the company with professionalism and poise.
  • Schedule conferences, meetings, events, and special projects, taking ownership of logistics and coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, transcribe minutes, and maintain visitor logs, upholding confidentiality and integrity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, executives, and senior management, ensuring smooth execution and satisfaction.
  • Meet and liaise with individuals and groups inside and outside the organization, representing the company with excellence.
  • Greet guests and provide a warm welcome, showcasing the company's values and culture.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English language (B2 level).

Salary Estimate: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
