Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant / Secretary to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide exceptional support to our executives, handling various administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
• Diary/Calendar Management
• Travel Coordination
• Facilitating meetings, taking minutes, and drafting agendas
• Managing confidential tasks and correspondence
• Report Preparation
• Handling various secretarial duties as required

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional secretary or personal assistant
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with initiative and professionalism
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
