We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our COO and EVPs. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in similar roles at an executive level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
This role involves a variety of tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the Executives' office, including managing schedules, coordinating projects, organizing events, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a liaison between departments.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Provide administrative support to the COO and EVPs, including managing their Outlook Calendar appointments and ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
- Event Planning: Organize and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the COO and EVPs, including booking flights, hotels, and other necessary accommodations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure efficient office operations, including filing and retrieving documents as needed.
- Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the COO/EVPs and other departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in similar roles at an executive level.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
