About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Polar Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Quark Expeditions. As a key member of our Client Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their journey with us.

- Ensure that all client requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

- Work closely with our Global Polar Travel Advisors to drive sales and revenue growth.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience in a travel or hospitality environment.

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
