We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Job Description:
As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a best-in-class experience with our products and services.
You will be responsible for handling customer issues, escalating as necessary, and working with the broader engineering team to deliver critical functionality.
Your primary focus will be on diagnosing and resolving issues encountered by our customers, providing education and guidance on configuring and working with IBM StreamSets products.
