About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective query resolution and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client queries efficiently and effectively, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of business solutions and products to identify opportunities for referral to sales teams, driving additional revenue and improving client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver high-quality, consistent interactions with clients, handling contacts with a professional demeanor and proactive approach.

  • A market-competitive monthly gross salary of approximately $55,000-$65,000 based on location and experience.
  • An annual bonus opportunity tied to individual performance.

  • Five paid volunteering days per year.
