Global Customer Experience Manager

Stage 4 Solutions Inc is a leading US-based B2B software company seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive customer success and adoption of their technology.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in customer success management for backup, storage, or networking solutions, supporting enterprise customers. Technical knowledge of Cloud/SaaS solutions is preferred.
This is a remote contract role in Costa Rica, requiring the CSM to work in the US CST time zone. The position may involve working outside core hours to address customer escalations or ad-hoc meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting customers through their post-implementation journey and renewal licensing
- Managing customer escalations and producing best practice blueprints
- Driving programmatic customer success practices to improve customer lifecycle and Time to Value (TtV)
- Collaborating with account teams and renewals managers to identify new opportunities and upsell potential
The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong business communication skills, and a sense of ownership and urgency aiming for closure, planning, and escalation.
Estimated annual salary: $85,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
