About This Role:
  • As a Technical Support Engineer, you will investigate and solve complex, critical issues using sophisticated diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, to drive incident resolution and service improvements.
  • Your responsibilities will also include managing escalations, providing technical coaching and mentoring, and driving process improvements.
Key Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting technologies like Internet Explorer and Edge.
  • Strong knowledge of web development, networking fundamentals, and operating systems.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, .Net, and other relevant technologies.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
